Can anyone help me? I am a Staples reward member and have always gotten free shipping. Recently, every time I want to order it is charging me for shipping. How do I get it to give me free shipping? I haven’t done anything different but I have walked away from several deals because I can’t figure this out. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
Any chance you are shipping to a PO Box? They do not do free shipping to PO Boxes, only residental addresses.
Thanks but it’s not a P.O. Box. I have always gotten free shipping until recently. I did a live chat with Staples and their solution was to have me place the order and they would adjust it. I don’t want to have to do this every time I want to place an order. They had no suggestions for a real fix. Frustrating!
I am also having the same problem. I don’t know what to do. I don’t mind picking it up in store but it’s not offering that as an option. Very frustrating.
No clue, I would call customer service. They should be able to fix a problem like that.
They told me to go ahead and order it and they would credit my account for the shipping.
