  I have been having the same problem. I tried asking over the live chat and their solution was to place the order and then they would adjust it. I don’t want to have to do this every time there is a good deal. I am going to try and call and talk to a live person when I get a chance. Very frustrating!

  Post what they suggest if you don’t mind. I placed the order and then talked to someone on live chat and they made an adjustment. Not convenient at all though.
