My kids love it!! It really tastes like chocolate. I know it is kind of a weird concept but it makes giving my kids medicine easy!!!
I always have a fight on my hands getting my kids to take any kind of medicine….with this cough medicine I have experienced little to no complaints. The flavor is great….It is now my go to cough mecicine!

We used Dr. Cocoa a few times this winter and were very pleasantly surprised – given how inexpensive it was! My extremely picky 5 y.o. didn’t like the flavor, but my 8 y.o. thought it was pretty cool to have medicine that tasted like chocolate. We gave it to the kids for typical winter coughs/colds and found it to be very effective. I will be on the lookout for this clearance deal to stock up.
I also used this product on my 4 and 6 year olds. They liked it a lot. And you know what even if it’s an unknown product i thought it worked very quickly on my kid’s coughs. I went and bought me one of each, just in case.
It is also at Walmart on rollback last few times I was there for 5.97. Got 1 of each to give it a try.
My 5 year old and 11 year old both loved it. We have used the day time and nighttime syrups. I think both syrups worked just as good as any other medicine.
