Has anyone been able to load this? I live by King Soopers (a Kroger affiliate ) and this shows up on the website, but when I push ‘load to card’ it says ‘unable.’
Hi, Kathryn. I was able to load it using their app. If you don’t have that available to you, I would contact their customer service.
I’m Fry’s and had no issue loading on mobile. I loaded directly through Fry’s site, before Collin even posted.
If nothing works, try adding by going to another store.
