Just to give everyone a heads up, I just tried purchasing 10 boxes of Eight O’Clock 18ct KCup packs and was charged incorrectly. The checkout system stated I was being charged $59.92 (and so did my confirmation screen) but my card was charged $75.91! One of the coupons didn’t work right. Is anyone else running into this issue?
It’s most likey the pending charge with an amount to vetify its an active card. That amount can change when it’s actually charged to your card (usually done when shipped). You can always call them to verify the total.
FYI – Staples.com no longer includes K-Cups as part of their Cleaning & Breakroom category, so the $20 off $75 (or any Cleaning & Breakroom coupon) cannot be used on the purchase of K-Cups (confirmed with a Staples CSR & manager).
I just placed an order for 3 of the K-Cups, and had no problem using the $5/$25 Cleaning & Breakroom coupon (code 60401). With the additional 20% off coupon, it was a wonderful deal, at a time when I really need it. Thanks so much for the heads up, everybody! 😀
