Thank you so much! My kids love the workshops.

I’ve never done the home depot one, only lowes, can anyone tell me if you can show up anytime between 9-noon or you should go early to claim a kit before they run out? I know at lowes if you arrive too late after the start time they start handing out kits to a no-show line.

Ours is first come first serve. If you come too late they could be gone.

    • Just Me

First com first serve. However, I like to go at 10 so I miss the early crowd.

I went for the first time at 857 and it was just a few kids already there. At about 920 kids started piling in. It was a mess. Ill go a little earlier next time lol

I once was there at 9 on the dot and they were just starting to set up. By 9:10 there was a long line.

FYI if you can’t make it to the clinics they always have extras. All you have to do is ask. I do it and we make them at home. And they give me two one for each of my boys. In fact they gave me 2 Home Depot trucks last Friday when I went! 😉

Thanks for the tip, Helen! Who should I ask if I can’t make it? Did you go to the customer service?

      • Helen

Yes I go to customer service and they send someone in the back to get them, my Home Depot has the sweetest staff!

    • Becky

Sometimes when we go in a sweet older man will give my kids extras but on occasion I have asked and they were going to charge me :/

My son is 3 and has done the Lowes workshops. Does he really need to be 5 y.o. for Home Depot?

    • Sara

My kids all go for both Lowe’s and Home Depot. Their ages are 13, 9, 5, and 2. They have all been fine.

    • Grateful

He should be fine, my 2 year old went and loved it
