Mine is coming out completely free, too, but I am getting a message that I have to have at least $20 in my box in order for it to ship. What to do?
I think if you use a referral link and not the link from the email I sent to Collin you have to spend at least $20. I know when I looked into joining it was $20 after all discounts.
This is a small company not Amazon. Deal and then cancel. Is so not cool. I think they have a great service so I am looking forward to trying them out for recurring on my diapers for awhile at least.

Nah. Survival of the smartest. They made a marketing mistake, they’ll learn. Or they planned on the increased exposure from this “deal.” It is only one small package of diapers. Besides, I’m sure they’re banking on all the missed cancellations. If I can get my hands on some good diapers for my kids at the expense of another internet start up looking for a chance to be the next Amazon, then I’m gettin’ my kids some diapers.
I am not so sure that if everyone had this mindset , we would not have any deals to take advantage of. I doubt if they are out to be the next Amazon. If you take advantage of the deal and cancel that is definitely a choice. There is no need for slamming someone’s comment made out of kindness. We should be thankful for the things we get and not make accusations about the company providing them (we are after all, receiving a gift).

sometimes if you browse around and chat with one of the customer service people they will give you a $2 credit too — maybe that is where it is coming from?

You can manage you account on the website. You dont even have to email them. Just click on “Pantry Actions” and click manage. You can add or delete items from there. You can also click on the calander and change it by 2 weeks. I would never had emailed them before your trial even shipped. You should at least try the product before cancel.
ok here is my experience for ordering. First when i click it said $11.95 shipping for MD. Then i signed out and tried the link second time and this time my total was $0 but did not let me order it. It kept giving me message that i need at least $20 to order it. My first 2 try was on chrome then i tried one more time on firefox this time my total was $1.95 and filled all the info and went through. It was weird…

Make sure you’re either using Collin’s link or one of the reader’s links above. Keep the e pantry page open that shows the referral name at the top. Then click on the link that begins with Full-Size Pack, that will then open another e pantry webpage. Choose the diaper size you need to the right there will be a box that shows all costs don’t proceed until you see your $10.00 credit in that area. Hope this helps you.

if anyone is wondering… i tried 2 different referral links above (including Collin’s), and i also tried 2 different browsers. i could not even get a $10 referral credit to apply when i had $28 of items in my cart. nor could i get any shipping discount to show up.
shipping always came to $11.95 even if i had only one small item in cart, or had multiple big items.
i also tried adding the deal for extra soaps for $6.99, and it did not change shipping options.
there was even a banner on my order page for one of my attempts that said “$10 Referral Credit Applied” but it was not coming off. i tried clicking option for Live Chat, but it did not bring up any dialog box or anything, and no connection to contact someone for immediate assistance.
i was happy to give their subscription service a try for a month or two, but if shipping will always cost $11.95, i will have to say no thank you. that makes the cost too prohibitive, especially since i don’t see a way to use coupons with them.
Rebecca, Try only adding the trial diapers and wipes. I also added the extra soap offer for $6.99 to add to my order. When I deleted all items from my order and added only the trial items all the number worked out prefect. My total came to $1.95 try that.

When I contacted them to cancel an ongoing subscription try canceled my trial pack. Said this is how it works. Umm Ok. Oh well.
I don’t understand why you would cancel your subscription before you even received the trial pack. Oh course they are going to cancel your order, you need to at least “try” the diapers and wipes. I was the original person who sent this deal to Collin to post and after seeing the way everyone behaved it will be the last time I sare a deal like this. I’m not saying you have to keep the subscription, but at least have some class about it. And why would a company ship you a trial if you never try them first!

I think people are taking what i said the wrong way. I just couldn’t understand why people would cancel their subscription right after they order. If you simple took 5 min to look at your account page you would see that you could make changed yourself. Plus it is common sense to see why the company would cancel your free trial because you never gave them a try. Next time i hope people take a min and look at what they are signing up for and how the program works. I am all for diaper couponing and saving money but i also use common sense!

My experience was this I signed up for the trial which would send me 7 diapers and a pack of wipes total of 14.95 and since its trial it’s free and my shipping was 1.99 only! After ordering 4 days later they emailed me saying my first actual shipment was going to get shipped . So my trial had just gotten shipped and I demand them cancel the shipment and the vip membership charge so I cancelled everything . I received my trial package today and I received a full package of size 1 diapers 40 count and 64count wipes ! All for 1.99 !! How awesome !
