   I noticed the cup says tri-cities & has a pic of TN so wonder if its localized for each state or perhaps for TN only.

   Greater Philadelphia Area had this offer over a month ago. Dunkin locations have offers that are market specific as well as national offers.

   I got the email that oklahoma city, ok was participating in the .99 refills, but it said in any dd reusable cup and didnt show these. I havent been to a store yet to see if they have them.

    NJ/NY offer ended in April. The refills were good for a couple months, but they ran out of cups right away, and when they are gone they are gone, so get them while you can!

  The cups actually have “Knoxville”and “Tri-cities” printed on them so I assume wherever that is in Tennessee.

  Thanks Sarah! Both are in “East TN” (confusing, I know!). Tri-cities are on the eastern border and Knoxville is about 2 hours east of me, so I was surprised they were from middle TN. I was just wondering if it’s a state wide thing or certain places only, before spending time trying to find one.

    I didn’t realize how lucky I was that my town does 99 cent any size iced coffee from 3-6pm every day 🙂 I think because it’s a college town and they’re trying to outdo Starbucks. But I sure do appreciate it!

    Called my local DD and they said they don’t have the cups. Last year you had to have a coupon to get the cup so maybe sometime soon?!?!

    Chicagoland had that type of deal with free refills 1 per day with a special cup inthe month of January a couple years back. I like these type of deals 🙂

    I have one from a NYC borough, but no store will honor it. Got it from a store next to a DD, specifically has my town’s name on it. Called DD & they said to call that one store to ask about it, but that store’s number is disconnected!! What??!!

    Actually, the cup has Knoxville, Tri-Cities, Nashville, and Chattanooga on it. My guess is the offer is good in those areas only. My local DD got a new shipment of cups on Saturday, so I was able to get 2 cups. Already used them 3 times. So happy!!!
