I haven’t been able to print RP coupons in AGES. What gives??

If you use Chrome and updated to the newest version they disabled the plugin that Java uses. You have to manually enable it to override the permission.

      Try this:
Enabling NPAPI in Chrome Version 42 and later
As of Chrome Version 42, an additional configuration step is required to continue using NPAPI plugins.

      In your URL bar, enter:
      chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Click the Enable link for the Enable NPAPI configuration option.
Click the Relaunch button that now appears at the bottom of the configuration page.

Or, if that doesn’t work, try using another browser like IE or Firefox.

I would always use Internet Explorer for Redplum because it was the only one I had that would work. Then, all of a sudden it goes white screen when I try and get on their site. I had to try my luck with Google Chrome, which always had told me it sent to the printer but didn’t and I would loose my prints, but it worked surprisingly. Redplum has been a pain for me lol

Sometimes the redplum coupons take a while to show up in the printer’s queue. Sometimes I have to wait for a couple or so minutes to see when it’s stopped spooling.
I keep the original redplum and print app window up til it’s finished.
I open my printer’s window so i can see the progress.

I use Firefox never had a problem. You may need to allow java on the individual website. Click the symbol to the right of the url to allow and remember. If a java popup appears allow it.

Same here. Thru trial and error, I now always look for the “red lego” thingy when the print is lagging. Sometimes it comes up on the right side and then it repeats sometimes on the left side. I have to double allow and remember most times. I have an older pc. My son’s doesn’t take but once to allow and it’s good to go.

I cannot print RedPlum coupons in IE, Chrome, Firefox or Aol. I can print coupons from coupons.com, smartsoucre in all those browsers with no problem. The issue seems to be with RedPlum.

Ditto, Guest. Thank you! My PC is pretty new, so I’m glad it is not just me. I have tried EVERYTHING.

when my Internet Explorer wasn’t showing me the white screen like its doing now, I would go through and clip my coupons and hit print. It would bring up a few things to ok or allow then it would go to the “being sent to your printer” type screen where it stayed and stayed and stayed lol.

One day, I let it sit there and pretend to send, and opened up another tab, went back to Redplum and repeated the whole process again. This time when I hit print they went straight to my printer and printed just fine. May not work for everyone but worth a try maybe?

I had that problem also, but I discovered if I hit my refresh button and selected the coupons again, it worked. It takes a few seconds to start going but it does work. Then I can select them again and print a second set right away. But every “first” set I have to do the refresh.
