Yes they do. My son is wearing the size 12-18 month and is a 4 in other shoes. He’s just starting to grow out of his current size. What’s great is that even if they are a bit big they still can still easily walk in them without tripping.

for my kids, they run a bit big. if you order your child’s true size, they will not be too small, and should work for several months!
for all new moms, or gift-shoppers, these STAY ON! it is an amazing design. so many other types of baby shoes fall off, or the child can get them off and they lose one so quickly.
i highly recommend, even if they seem a bit pricey. it’s worth it to have no-fuss shoes that don’t get lost, and can last through several months of wear because they are elasticized. they do not get outgrown or lost as fast as other types of shoes. quick and easy to put on, even for squirmy tots.
