No, you can’t use both codes you can only use one $10 off code with the 15 percent off if you have a kohls card.
For some reason Kohl’s wouldn’t allow me to use the $10 of $30 & the 15% off code when I tried to the other day. I don’t know if it was because I was using the app or what but I kept trying & it was saying it wasn’t allowed. =(
