My $10 collection credit worked fine, but the $15 credit for signing up didn’t show up once I went to the cart—and I definitely have enough stuff. Any idea why? Frustrated and not ordering unless it shows.

Same here 🙁 I did browse through the website and seen that u can receive a $15 credit if u sign up and I did it. But didn’t get the credit. When u go to the website click on the advertising banner that says to sign up online. Its the 4th banner that pops up. Click on learn more and enter your info. I just did signed up again with a different email. Hope that works

Why am I still not getting the $15 credit???!!! No one else seems to be having problems with it.
I’m not getting the credit either. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or if they changed something because of such a high volume of traffic.
Has anyone had trouble trying to determine true sizes of items from here? I don’t know if they hang everything on an adult sized hanger, or if it’s just that I have no point of reference, but the sizes look strange to me.
