Is it true that Starbucks uses elephant wastes in their coffee?? I ve heared that they even acknowledge that, but can’t believe it!
I actually researched that not long ago after hearing something about it. Based on what I found, it’s not all of Starbucks coffees, it’s a very expensive specialty variety called Black Ivory. Apparently, elephants eat the coffee beans, then their stomach acid breaks down the protein that causes the bitterness & then the beans are picked from the dung making a vey pricey cup of coffee for the rich and famous.

Not too far back I saw a 20/20 special on coffee drinkers. There is a certain cup of coffee that they do use the coffee beans from poop for. This coffee is supposed to be the richest and best tasting coffee in the world. It cost something like $80 a cup. Even if I was totally rich I still couldn’t drink something like that. It just sounds so gross. Lol
