i was wondering the same thing, because i had points that all disappeared also. i didn’t think they expired, but my points are all gone, too. 🙁
All of my points are gone too! Their site had changed and when I click on redeem points it tries to get me to sign up for rewards program! Wth? That’s a big fu to their loyal customers don’t you think? When I had enough points to get a box of diapers with my daughter a few years ago, they sent me a ratty water damaged box, the diapers(even though still sealed in plastic) looked and felt like they were 20 years old compared to the new ones I had purchased!
I received a email a few months ago that I needed to log in so my points wouldn’t expire. It said it had been a while (can’t remember how long) since I last logged in and in order to keep my account/points I had to log in.
Yup I had 350 points that I was saving as it’s rare for anything nice to show up for a small amt of points. I had 15 codes in an envelope to enter so my fault for not putting them in I guess and keeping my acct active but I didn’t think they would expire. the codes I have only total 160 so nothing fun today. Oh well, I know like others said when they switched the program over awhile ago I lost a ton of points too. I mainly use target and walgreens diapers but huggies wipes and if there is a good sale diapers. So not loyal to the brand but would be nice to see them not away earned points :/

I was short a few points but was able to write a review and earn 5 points and read some of the mommy reads for another 5 points. Something to consider if you are only short a few points.
I’m not sure if this is still the case or not, but I redeemed points for the bead maze a few years back, and it came with the Huggies logo on the side. Not sure if they still do that or not, but for those of you thinking of getting some of the toys for your gift closet, this may be something you want to keep in mind.
I ordered a bead maze last year, & gave it to my niece for Xmas. I left it in the plastic for her mom to open up, and I don’t recall seeing a Huggies logo on the side. But, I could have missed it.
