   I dont get it . it says I got ten $ but I dont see a code to use. when I go to my app that im signed in on I dont see any points there 🙁

  On the app click on your picture or the points that you have (even if is 0) then click the “surprise points” tab and you will find them there hth 🙂

  it’s not a code, it’s points deposited into a person’s account. for you to use their credit, you would have to log into someone’s account with their email address and have their personal PIN to redeem the points.
  or if you used their account in-store, you would need their account number or phone umber, plus their PIN code to punch into the keypad at the register.

    Are baby wipes excluded? I got a box and a box of nursing pads and they said i couldnt use the $10 points at kmart. So frustrating when everything is excluded. The guy said the wipes are considered drugs, but it doesnt even say thats excluded. Im confused..

  i have been frustrated by this before also, and i had a similar experience the other day. so i did an online/live chat, and i explained to the agent what i was trying to do. i said i used the Kmart website drop-down menu and chose “baby”. (baby was not an excluded department.) i intended to purchase diapers.
  i explained i was trying to ONLY shop from categories that were included in the offer.
  the first representative i got was not knowlegeable at all about the SYW program and gave me a lot of incorrect information. so, i tried a new chat session and explained the same issue to the second representative. she agreed that “Baby” category was not excluded, and she applied my points manually for me without any problem. other agents have told me that sometimes items get mis-categorized on the website, and it is worth it to try and see if a phone agent or chat rep can help you.
  might work for you?

  Thank you. I will try that. It’s even more frustrating since they cannot override the system when they know it is something that it should be working on. I love the surprise points but Id much rather shop at target.

    Mine and my fiance’s points were only good at Kmart, not at Sears..Not sure if its the same for everyone, but wanted to put it out there because Collins’s post says Sears or Kmart.
