Hi Collin, I missed to use a coupon at target and went to guest servics to redeem it and my receipt was taken by security. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience. They gave me the value of the coupon after.
That’s weird. I never had that happen to me before.
I went tonight and bought 2 $9.99 schick hydro 5 razors and 2 oral b toothbrushes. Of course I used coupons for all the items and the $5 gift card mobile coupon. The total was more than I had expected but did not want to hold up the line so I waited to get to my car to try to figure it out and went back in to customer service and asked the girl(which is always rude to me) if she could help me figure out why the amount was not right. I was VERY nice about it and she snapped at me right away and said what do you mean its not right,what did you buy and grabbed my bag. I finally realized it did not take my cartwheel off for the razors which should of been 20% and told her I found out what the difference was. First she said it was because I used a Target coupon. It will not give me both. I informed her I have done a lot of transactions before with coupons and it gave me the cartwheel. Then her story changed to that it was because of the gift card promotion. It will not give me the cartwheel discount and the gift card. I told her that was not correct either. She huffed and stomped off. I stood there for awhile and she came back and said the manager said she could do it for me this one time. WHAT! I called customer service after I left the store and confirmed that they were NOT right. I am very nice with everyone at that store and do not like trouble but I am done with being nice to her. The Gemini will be coming out next time,lol.

It can help to have all the Store Policys saved on your phone! Then you can pull it up and show them where it specifically says you can use a manufacturers coupon AND a Target coupon AND …. They cant argue with that! Oh but Im sure they will figure out an excuse! STILL HELPS! 🙂

So, I just finished with my shampoo/conditioner stockpile. I was anxious to finish my Garnier bottles : ) I was looking for a healthier shampoo, and was needing like $3 to reach the $20 margin. I found Soapbox shampoo for $5, and I decided to give it a try since it is sulfate & paraben free. Wow, it smells delicious, and they product is superb!!! I haven’t felt my hair this wonderful in a long time. I love it so much that I went online for more info. As a cherry on top, this company gives back, their focus is to partner with a company that specialized in clean water projects around the world. I am stocking up with the 5/20 promo. I think this is it, I would $5 for this product even if I don’t find a deal.

of course I forget some of my Target coupons for a few deals lol..I do think there is a 5% cartwheel for the Quilted Northern I used last night. But it wasn’t listed as “Quilted Northern” and didn’t come up when I scanned it for cartwheel. But I found it by scrolling through the new cartwheel offers and it came up as “Georgia Pacific Products” with a picture of the Quilted Northern included. I didn’t really go over my receipt real good but I presume it came off.
I guess it pays to check the “Excludes” which was the 30 roll I bought 🙁 Seems it should be for any lol..but I was really off my coupon game yesterday and missed out on at least $9 in savings that I know of. I really need to concentrate more…
Anyone else not receive their 5% discount using their Target redcard recently? I used it for the Nivea deal and notice on my subtotal of $3.14 that I didn’t receive the 5% discount. This is the first time I’ve noticed this to happen. I guess I’ll call the store and ask customer service.

Can someone PLEASE help me here? This is the email I received from guest relations at Target about the issue I had (cashier said I had to meet purchase requirements BEFORE coupons to receive the gift card).
“The second example would be spend $20 or more on specific items and receive a free GiftCard. If the coupons used during this type of purchase brings your pre-tax total of those items below the amount you need to spend to get the GiftCard, you will not qualify for the GiftCard.”
This is different than what the policy on the website says. Does anyone have any tips?
