If you’re looking for a super easy and surprisingly tasty one pan meal, try this simple Italian Chicken Bake that incorporates chicken, potatoes, and green beans. It takes just minutes to compile and the result is a comforting family meal ready in about an hour!
Easy One Pan Italian Chicken Bake Recipe
(Adapted from Grace & Good Eats)
3 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
2 cups potatoes, cut into pieces (I used baby red potatoes)
2 cups green beans (I used fresh green beans)
1/2 medium onion, sliced (optional)
1 packet Italian dressing seasoning
1/2 stick butter, sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
Directions: Arrange cut potatoes, green beans, and chicken in a 9×13 baking dish. Mix in sliced onion if desired and sprinkle garlic over chicken. Sprinkle dressing mix over entire dish. Add sliced butter over the top. Cover with foil and bake for about 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves about 5-6.
Notes: Make sure potatoes aren’t cut too large so they cook a little faster and get that great roasted texture. Also keep in mind that the original recipe uses a full stick of butter but I only used 1/2 stick so use your judgment as to what your family might prefer.
