Worked at kroger today but stock was very low
After seeing this on another site, I attempted to try this at my Kroger. However, I was told that it was a glitch and Kroger corporate (I live in Cincinnati where headquarters are) told stores to pull all Huggies wipes from the shelves until it can be fixed. It was meant for diapers only and should still be a good deal on those with coupons if it works on the jumbo packs.
I figured it was too good to be true and thought they’d end up pulling the catalina. Shelves were bare at my store.
I stopped this evening,and the shelves were empty.
At my Kroger there was none! Some young girls had some single bags in basket! Manager asked them as to why they had open the bags of 3 huggies wipes and left the empty bags ! She told we know you all did it because, they didn’t had any in stock – didn’t know myself the reason .
Sorry ! I’m on mobile phone ! She said that she knew they did it because they had them in the basket! And she knew ( manager) that Kroger didn’t had any ! this ended like 3 hours ago. Catalina was stopped on all single packs
I did this today! Definitely didn’t clear the shelves but I got 10 packs or so!
A friend of mine got lucky with the glitch and got like 20 packs!! This was at a Ralphs
I went to Ralphs in the morning to get six or eight packs, not knowing that the Catalina was rolling and willing to pay $20 cash, but as soon as I got in the store, I saw 2 ladies getting like 40 or 50 packs of $3.49 Huggies and wondering if they were going to pay $7 for each 2 packs, then later read that Catalina was rolling. Luckily I was able to get 4 packs. Too bad that the manager in turn did not limit the ladies, pretty sure the manager on duty last night did limit a customer because when I went to Ralphs last night, I saw a car with lots of $2.49 wipes that look that they were going to be put away. I suspect a deal was going on but was in a hurry to check. Here in California a lot of people get the free or cheap deals to go and sell at the swap meet or their $.99 stores 🙁

Can someone tell me how a Catalina works? I don’t get it. Do you pay for the product, it prints a coupon, and then you take that coupon and receipt to customer service for cash?? Please explain!
A Catalina is piece of paper like a reward, like a buck from cvs , reward for purchasing the items ! If you buy certain product that gives you a Catalina $$ you, will get it after purchasing the required amount , then you can use it to purchase the same items that produce the Catalina and get another Catalina , or you can purchase anything at Kroger with that Catalina $ is like $$$$
