I had never heard of this company! Thanks for introducing it to me! I always need books for my kiddos and I don’t mind them being used! I also LOVE that they donate a book for each one you order!!
Whenever I sort by price for this deal the cheapest books start at $6.48. Am I missing something?
I say buy at your own risk at this company. I have ordered twice in the past, and never fully got what I ordered. The first time I ordered, they mispackaged, and just sent me someone else’s order all together. None of the books were what I ordered, not even the correct number of books. When I contacted customer service, they first acted like they didn’t understand the problem, because tracking said the package had been delivered. So I mailed them back as they requested & they said they now didn’t have any of the books I ordered, so they cancelled my order. I had to beg for a refund, which took over a month to receive. The second order, when I decided to give them one more chance and try it again; still was missing one book, and came with a book I didn’t order. All books were also in much worse condition than what I selected. –Good prices, but too frustrating! A headache I don’t need by placing another order.
I ordered some books and they were in not that great of condition (they were supposed to be good). I contacted Better World and they gave me a gift card to try them again. The next order was much better. So I thought their customer service was pretty decent…this was about 2 years ago though. I just placed an order, so I hope I have good luck this time!
I have ordered from BWB several times and never had a problem. I love getting a good deal and helping give books to others!
I’ve bought about 40 books from BWB and only had an issue twice – once with slower than normal shipping (and shipping is already pretty slow) and once with a book in worse condition than listed. For the latter, they priority shipped me a replacement book. Great customer service!
