Does anyone have experience using these gift cards?

  2. Jess

I have heard that they are hard to redeem. But have not tried myself.

I haven’t don’t this deal, but I have used them at a local pizza place in town. I’ve never had any troubles. But you do have to keep in mind that if you buy multiple gift cards, they can only be redeemed once per month.

I use restaurants.com all the time. The only problem is that sometimes the restaurants stop accepting them. So what I do is, right before I go to the restaurant, I call them to confirm that they still accept the gift certificate. If they say no, I just exchange the gift certificate for a different restaurant. On the plus side, they never expire.

This has happened to me too. I ALWAYS call prior now. However, it is easy to exchange.

Keep in mind that the $100 certificate is probably off a $200 purchase.

This eGift Card can be redeemed all at once or split up to select multiple restaurants and/or denominations.
It seems that it can be applied to various gift card amounts and not just one. We have enjoyed using restaurant.com for years.

There’s a local pizza place I was thinking of getting but there is a $50 min purchase! You would have to be having a party to need $50 off pizza at one time.

Had a bad experience with restaurant.com and their customer service. I would think twice before doing business with them.
