I ordered this and just received an email that they are canceling my order. I think this was back ordered. I’m not happy. I wish they wouldn’t process orders of an item is back ordered.
Just got the same! The item came with a free sample….they charged me $4.99 for shipping of the free sample when they mailed it out….not happy to have to waste time to call customer service and have them refund my $ for an item I never even placed in my cart :-/
