   Does anyone wash Toms in the washing machine? I’m looking for shoes I can easily clean.

  I’ve had mine for about 2 years. I have worn them a lot and mine didn’t really stretch out all that much. I usually wear a 5-5.5 and I got a 5.

   Love Tom’s but the soles are so slippery. Anyone know how to “fix” that? I’m hesitant to buy more.

  There are “anti skid” pads sold at Payless Shoes. I’m sure you can find them elsewhere too. They work great!

  Many people, even at Toms or Journeys, will say to order a half size smaller because they would stretch. I did that and had to return for my normal size (7.5). I can see that the width of the shoe would stretch and the back of the shoe was digging into my heal, I couldn’t take it. Not for that price. I’m waiting for my reorder of my correct size but in the meantime ran to Journeys and tried on a 7.5, it was still a bit snug, but doable to wear to stretch out. 8’s were comfortable but the associate said they’re stretch too much. I hear you can toss them in the dryer to shrink back up if they stretch to much. Hope this helps!

  From personal experience I say that due to the material they’re made out of they tend to stretch out a bit after a few wears.

   Just wanted to let people know that Toms has the worst customer service. I order shoes that were posted on June 12, they lost my package, UPS never even received the package. Now I’m fighting with Toms trying to get refund. I keep refusing the gift card and they keep refusing to give me back my money. I now have to wait 2 more weeks to see if they can find my purchase.

  Let your credit card company know if you used one, if you have proof they have been in contact they should refund the money.

  Or if you used debit card then go into your bank or call the number on the back of the card to file a claim. Hurry usually you only have 60 or days or so.

  I had a bad experience with the first contact I made. I wanted to exchange the size (because I ordered when eBates had 16% cash back which I would lost out on if it was a return) but they wouldn’t do an exchange. I hung up and called back. The 2nd associate was so nice! She set up a return and added a note to my account that I can get 16% off my re-order. When I called to reorder the associate had to confirm with a mgr but they accepted it. I needed up being happy with them😊

  they would not honor the last code that was adv
  ended up paying 180. as opposed to 112 for 2 pairs of shoes my daughter really wanted
  no help at all!!!

   Not sure if these are worth it to be honest…. I still question authenticity and they feel so much different than if you bought a pair at the store. The quality is off and the pairs I got both make scrunching noises when I walk. The in soles aren’t glued all the way at the arch. When I contacted the seller I was told these are authentic because if they weren’t then ebay wouldn’t be promoting them on the first page, but if I wanted a refund it’s 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay return shipping also add 8$ in the shoe box for shipping the replacement if I wanted a different pair. I also bought converse chuck Taylor’s from the same seller. They are soooo fake yet they use the same excuse!

   Its like they all say. If it’s too good to be true then it probably is.

  Interesting! Thanks for your comments. I found some Toms on their website on sale as low as $30.50 (with a $5 coupon). I’d wait until ya find a good deal and order directly from them. That way you know you are getting authentic and they do one for one!
