I placed an order with this site and they never emailed me a confirmation. So I called them and they had no information at all of me even having an account. So I’m having to go through PayPal and cancel the transaction…. I would not recommend.
Just letting you know, I never have received emails for confirmation. The only emails I’ve ever gotten is when the order ships. Annoying but I have received my orders without problems.

Click on new collection when you are signed in. It will take you to a page that will have create collection. Select items and name it something like Bamagirl’s collection. When you go to checkout the $10 for creating a collection will show up as part of your credit along with the $15 for signing up. At least that is how it worked for me. Hope this helps!

Yes! I emailed customer service, they gave me a credit for it… said it was a glitch in their system. I sent the original email that said I had a credit to them. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from them.
Referral credits expire after 60 days. That could be why you don’t see it.
