    In case anyone else has this problem… On Friday I purchased the quesadilla grill basket for $4.98, got the free shipping, and paid $5 and change after tax. I got an e-mail from WS immediately after with just my order number. Then, 5 hours later, I received a second e-mail with details about my order, saying I purchased it at full price so my total was $21.54! Irritated, on Monday, I called WS customer service and explained the whole thing. She couldn’t help and asked a supervisor who said they “couldn’t find out what the price was on Friday”. I told the rep that someone had better figure this out because they have proof in their computer system that I purchased it before it sold out, and someone can absolutely find out what the price was! My issue is not resolved yet but if there’s anyone else out there who has to deal with this – don’t give up!!!

    I called today as I noticed the email of full price for 2 of 52.03. They said my card wouldn’t be charged til delivered, however I explained the incorrect price. I had her pull up this site and she issued a credit of $40 as a gift card since my card was not charged yet to issue a credit that way.
    I spoke with Nicole , she was great.

    Just wanted to update my post… After two failed attempts with W-S customer service on the phone, I used Facebook to contact W-S and got my 3rd representative. It took 3 messages from me to even convince him that it was the $4.98 price, and he kept saying that they couldn’t find my order in the system. I asked three times to speak to a supervisor and it never happened. Then he said, as Alicia did, that they would charge my card the full price and refund me the difference. I’d had enough – that wasn’t acceptable and I told him that they could find a way to charge my card the original amount of $5.38 since that was what my order confirmation page said. In the meantime, through Google, I found the number for W-S corporate in San Francisco and the VP of Customer Service is Craig Barnes. I called the corporate main number and asked for his office and got his assistant’s voice mail. I did have to call two times, but finally an amazing woman called me back and fixed everything – she saw my conversations with the rep and said he was not doing a good job. She found this grill basket at a store and had it shipped to me for FREE – cancelling my previous order. I received it within 4 days! It was a lot of work for a $5 basket – but it became more about getting someone to recognize the horrible customer service I was receiving! From a large company like W-S no less!
