The best part is that it is instant and you can print at home! It is only valid for 7 days though and who knows how long the free $10 will last? I had to answer three simple questions to verify myself because pharmacy information is precious of course! It also states you need to have had a script filled at CVS within the last year. What a neat and fast $10! Note that you can’t use it on the typical – excludes items like alcohol, tobacco, stamps, lottery, etc. Fast and easy.[/h2s_box]

    How do I get this to work? I go to CVS.com click on the banner it comes up locate your records and I click continue and then it tells me it can’t find me. So I’m guessing it won’t work if I’ve never had anything filled at CVS but it seems like some of you didn’t have anything filled and it worked. So if someone could help me out. Thanks.

    Ok. I signed in and removed my prescription access. Signed out. Went back to the site and clicked on the banner, signed in, added access to scripts, then nothing. Where does the coupon show up? I followed al the prompts and questions. Anyone???

      Same thing happened to me last night, so I went back and removed my prescription access again and did the entire thing for the second time and the coupon showed after the last step.

    I see the banner but I keep getting an error 🙁 🙁 – Says “Sorry, we’re unable to process your information at this time. Please wait 30 minutes and try again, or call Customer Care at 1-888-607-4287.”

      I was unable to do it on my usual browser so I logged into chrome and had no.issues. have you tried a different browser ?

    I clicked on banner filled out form and when it goes to the next step, it says can’t process and wait thirty minutes or call customer service. Anybody see this?

      That happened to me last night, I waited an hour or so and tried again and it worked.

    Did anyone have trouble redeeming their extrabucks??? I tried using mine today and it was flagged in the system and they wont take it. I just called cvs and they are telling me these extrabucks wont be sent out until the 17th? The one i got in my email expires the 15 th!.. Why would offer this promo when it wont let u use em..

          I was given the option to print or have it emailed to me.

      Yes I had the same issue. After the sales clerk scanned the code, it did not took off $10 and once he voided the transaction to start over, it said coupon already redemmmed. Really upset that the extra bucks got wasted.

      Mine actually told the register that it had already been used but he saw on my printer stamp that I had just printed it maybe 5 minutes before hand (I live right up the street) and he had to manually enter it but no issues otherwise.

        The register as CVS rejected my $10 ecb, it came up as flagged, the cashier couldnt even override it. Since the store didnt accept my ecbs i called cvs and the lady was pretty clueless, she said oh we will be emailing these after july 17th? Huh? I got in instantly, just like 100s of other people. But i just cant use it cuz it wont work! This whole thing is just strange…

            Same thing here – machine wouldn’t accept the coupon and said it had already been redeemed, which it had not. I called and was told the same thing re sending out the 17th. Very confused!

      Mine wouldn’t scan at the register. Luckily the cashier was nice enough to manually entered it for me. I used my $10 ecb to get a free package of diapers. Thanks a lot Collin.

      I had to hit add a member then remove for dh’s account. Then I signed out and opened a new window. Click on access your prescriptions. It’ll have you sign in then they’ll be a banner there to get your $10 ECB’s.

    i added one for myself and one for my husband, we have two accounts, but when it came to print, the coupon codes are the same ending in 3397, are the coupon codes the same for y’all too? have not redeemed yet, dont know if we could redeem both.

      Did you enter the same CVS card on both accounts? That could be an issue 0_o I think only one per CVS card.

    Where does everyone seeing the “remove access” button?

      There is a tab that says prescription center, once you click it will show your information. I just followed the directions that Toni left on the last post here and it worked great. Hope that helps!

    Log on and go to pharmacy, then family accounts. You should see your name, status as “active,” then a link that says “remove.” Just click the link and disable. Go to cvs.com and you’ll see the banner for the $10. Just add it back and you’ll get it.

    I had to hit add a member then remove for dh’s account.

      It didn’t work for me I went to disable my name but it still says remove after I disabled it like 5 times I added my mom and I’m going to wait and see what happens then I will remove her name this is confusing and is taking forever

    I got the $10 BUT it was a major hassle: had to call TWICE, then got $8, called AGAIN, and got the other $2. Appreciated the EB but annoyed about the time it too..

    I signed in, removed my script access, signed out, then went to cvs.com thru google.com. Anyway, the banner showed up and I followed the steps and saw the banner again but this time it said PRINT. So I did❤❤❤

      My $10 ecb wouldn’t scan. The cashier tried to scan it several times but it wouldn’t work. She was nice enough to manually entered it in for me so I was able to redeem it.

        Same here. Just used it about an hour ago. She tried to type it in & scan it. Frustrating when it’s coming directly from them.

    Just head-ups I Received e-mail from CVS “We would like your opinion for ExtraBucks® Rewards” for $10ecb and if qualified survey could take 15-20 min. Regarding pharmacy fliers. My survey was done in 5-7 min and I received my Ecb’s instantly. It asked me to print it and they sent a copy of the same link to my e-mail too.i already used those Ecb’s in the store showing the barcode on my phone. It was very easy.
    By the way I did not do the prescription banner for $10Ecb and I have not filled any prescription in CVS till now.

    I had some problems, I filled out the information and it just kept bouncing me back to the screen to fill out my prescription information. After reading the fine print I realized there are a few states (including NY, where I live) that don’t allow prescription bonuses. If others are having trouble that might be why

    Just tried to redeem this at CVS and it was flagged too, just like others are saying. The two cashiers worked on it and finally pushed it through. And yes, if you did this on your spouse’s cvs card, they are the same barcode and can not be redeemed. Wish I noticed that ahead of time. Bummer.

    I just used my $10 expecting it to get flagged like the others but surprisingly it did not. I had mine emailed to me, if that makes any difference. I was also using a $5 off $35 diapers cvs coupon, that was specific to my card. When the cashier scanned the $10 ecb it voided out the $5 but he pushed the $5 back in for me. Appreciate the excellent customer service at my local cvs.

    I am not able to complete the three questions because my prescriptions are only for my children. They are minors (I have clicked “want to manage a minor’s rx records”). The earliest date option is 1997 and they were born after that. What to do? 🙁

    We used one of the $10 EB yesterday and it was also denied as many people have said but the cashier pushed it through anyway and today went back to use the second one and the same thing happened but the girl also pushed it through. So I would say definitely give it a try, glad I did…paired it with a $2 EB I had saved aside and ended up with a total of $24 worth of stuff and paid about $2.00 out of pocket! Woo-hoo 🙂
