Marie, try opening a separate Browser and go to macys.com, then search for Roxy flamenco espadrille and they should come up so you can “add to the cart”. I was having the exact same issue as you and that’s what I did and it worked. 🙂

I was going to purchase several beauty products right after the email came out and everything dropped out of my cart. Very disappointed in Macy’s and their checkout process. If you have the items in your bag you should count them as held.
Disappointing, but Macy’s definitely isn’t the only retailer that does that. :/
