My kid’s backpack lasted the year of 3 year preschool. It will easily last next year as well (and probably thru kindergarten). The size is appropriate for a bigger kid- I purchased it, because how can you fit a kajillion art projects in a kiddy backpack?! All in all, I like it.

They are good, my kid is a gentle user and didn’t have much load to carry. It is still as good as new after one year use. My neighbors kids bags are in good condition too.

My kids are hard on backpacks, but these are still perfect after a year of use!

Some of these are regular size and some are not. The squareish ones with characters on front are preschool sized. I called Children’s Place to ask them about this last time a deal was posted. Ended up buying an animal print backpack and lunchbox and the backpack is perfect and full size for my first grader. [/h2s_box]

      Oops nevermind 😃

I have purchased the lunchboxes for my son in the past and we loved them. They were actually bigger and held up better than a more expensive brand I got my daughter. I definitely recommend the square lunchboxes!

Also worth mentioning, Toys-R-Us has an awesome backpack deal too. They have free lunch boxes up to $9.99 with any backpack purchase of $12.99 or more. Some have store pickup so you could score a lunch box and backpack for $12.99! Or shipping is free with a $49 purchase. There is a limit of one per transaction. They have cute choices such as Toy Story, Barbie, Hello Kitty, Star Wars and even the Minions. Not sure about the quality yet. I can say that The Children’s Place backpacks are an excellent quality and really do last.
