If you have a Dollar Tree nearby, you may want to print this new coupon that was just released! On Sunday, July 19th only, Dollar Tree is having a Friends & Family Day and offering up an additional 10% off your ENTIRE in-store purchase of $10 or more with this new coupon. This coupon should make for some sweet deals, especially since ALL items at Dollar Tree are only $1 each (so just $0.90 each after coupon!).

Consider snatching up items for Birthday parties like gift bags & wrap, candy, and more! Keep in mind that this coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, so I’m guessing you won’t be able to stack with manufacturer’s coupons. ๐Ÿ™

This will pair nicely with some ibotta items… And also to get some back-to-school things cheaper!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Great idea, Rachel! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Donna

Darn I was just there yesterday & spent $18. oh well..

  3. Hotrollnmom

    Thanks!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  4. Bridget

I love the to buy their gift baskets. They look like little laundry baskets . They’re great to make gifts out of all your couponing stuff ! Last year I bought the white laundry basket and a roll of ribbon from Costco and put all the items for Christmas in those baskets !

  5. mama6

I feed my family of eight — pizza, pasta, tacos, bean soups, chili, tomato soups, sandwiches and hot dogs (wheat bread and hot dog buns for $1 are you KIDDING me!!?) from our local Dollar Tree store and even order large quantities online for pickup. They honor all coupons and competitive prices like Wal-Mart. Dollar Tree rocks and so does this 10% – it goes a long way ๐Ÿ™‚

    • dealhousewife

wow! sounds awesome! the dollar tree by me doesn’t sell much food and doesn’t even have a refrigerated section. hardly worth shopping there for me. wish mine was like yours sounds! ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Michelle

The bread at my local dollar tree is always moldy and disgusting! They don’t even try to check them they just leave it on the shelves like it’s no big deal… Yuck!! I used to shop at one that had good bread but it’s too far now… It was a steal! I’d buy a few loaves and freeze them!

  6. Kendra

Omg yessssssss this my favorite store!!!

  7. KellyJoRN

I have bought cleaning supplies and have not been disappointed. I always buy the sleeve of sponges so I don’t feel bad when I toss a dirty one in the garbage. They also carry a few name brand air freshener products which I always have coupons for. I also buy myself a new car (a broom) when I need it. ๐Ÿ˜ป

    • Frecklelily

      Lol…broom…

  8. Emily

Thanks! We’re planning my Mom’s retirement party and had plans to get some glass bowls and things from there. I hope they have them tomorrow when I go!

  9. Darla

Too bad there’s no coupons tomorrow..that would make $.90 papers!! Darn you dollar tree

    • Kimberly

Your in luck the coupon is for tomorrow! ๐Ÿ˜‰

      • Kimberly

        A….misread this one sorry.

  10. Monica

They also have pregnancy tests and ovulation tests! These were a great money saver when we were trying to conceive our kids.

    • ert

They’re cheaper at dollar General and Walmart 88c

    • Amy

I agree the pregnancy tests are a great buy! I have used them and they are accurate! Also other meds like generic mucinix. And batteries not sure how they last but I usually buy the odd sizes like C or Ds for the kids toys so I don’t feel so bad using expensive batteries on toys.

My Dollar Tree is super busy so not worth fighting a massive crowd for a 10% dollar,or two, or three on a Sunday. But I love to shop there on less busy weekday mornings. The party supplies are an awesome deal. Another item not yet mentioned is DVDs. I’ve found tons of movies and even name brand workout videos. Also they always have AA and AAA batteries. Can’t beat a dollar!

  12. Liz Ob

Love their cleaning brushes, steel cleaning pads. Brill and SOS that sell elsewhere for $2-3. Also large empty spray bottles then get simple green at home depot for $10. Makes tons of bottles of cleaning spray for all over the house. Also nice buckets with rope handles and pool noodles that you can use to make obstacle courses outside our cut up and stick in popsicle sticks for boats. The list is endless!

  13. Haseena

I love the Dollar Tree oven cleaner…it’s the best, as good, if not better than Easy off and for the fraction of the cost. I was planning on stopping by there tomorrow to get couple of things and this will save me some more $
    Thank you!

  14. Brooke

The empty spray bottles at dollar tree are the best! I almost bought one at target for around 4$! Empty! Yikes. Better than the Home Depot spray bottles even. Go figure. I make my own all purpose cleaner with vinegar, water, and essential oils. Kid friendly ๐Ÿ™‚

  15. Evan

Just curious what other items/finds everyone loves about $ Tree. I know school & cleaning supplies but anything else you frequently buy there?

    • Frecklelily

I buy balloons, envelopes, picture frames, snacks, pasta sauce, condiments, greeting cards….sometimes I just wonder up and down the aisles because there always seems to be something new!

  16. Teri/FLA

I get paint brushes, drip pans and ties almost exclusively at the DollarTree. The quality is good (enough). As an artist, I go through brushes. I also buy the dog squeaky toys for my dog. She still has must of them.

  17. Rachael

if you are planning to move yourself the pool noodles make great packing supplies. I slice them open like a hotdog bun and then insert the edge of our flat screen tv before I wrapped it in plastic wrap. The movers would have charged $50 to pack our tv, but I did it for $1! I also cut up small sections and placed around my printer when I boxed it up. No damage whatsoever!

  18. Rachael

I sound like I’m obsessed with pool noodles… I guess I am haha! When cut in half they make the best “swords” for the kids to play! They last years versus the $8 foam swords at Toys r us that permanently bend the first time out.

  19. Mommyto4

My favorite Dollar Tree finds… whole wheat bread (ours is always good never moldy like someone else said), hair ties/clips, some of the more expensive name brand toothpaste, puzzles, crafts, and cleaning products.

  20. begreen83

Some of my other favorites that no one has mentioned yet:

Little battery operated fans (The push button kind, great for summer preggos!)
    Coconut water
Odor Absorbing gels (These really do work great and much cheaper than other stores!)

I am excited for today as I was already going to pick up some last minute items for my birth kit so seeing this coupon in my email was a lovely surprise ๐Ÿ˜€

  21. CW

Make sure you have the coupon. Mine said they wouldn’t take computer printed ones and manager looked at letter from corporate and printed ones are allowed, ask them to look at the letter.

  22. Cindy

The Dollar General in Charlotte, NC University Area would also not allow a printed computer coupon. Had to have the original hand out. Next time for me on this deal. thanks!

  23. Americhick

One of the local Dollar Tree stores carry imported chocolate chip cookies from Germany…along with other varieties AND Imported chocolate bars! A huge difference vs. the quality of “junk-filled” ones that are produced in America!

  24. bebe

Mine wouldn’t let me use it. They said it was only for employees to hand out and that I needed a reference number. I was so disappointed! I didn’t feel like an appreciated customer at all!!!

  25. DJ Adam

Love the Jelly Belly bags of candy. These cost $3.99 elsewhere. Also Nik l Nips.

  26. Jess

My store also refused to take the printed version. I’m going to contact customer service!

    • Kendall

I live in Southern California and my Dollar Tree took my coupon. The cashier was very friendly and she knew what code to put in even though I handed her the printed out coupon. She never took the coupon and just handed it back.

I don’t know why some Dollar Trees are not accepting the coupon because on their website, it says to PRINT OUT the coupon, so I think the cashiers are wrong for not accepting the printed copies.

Hopefully it works for others, too.

  27. boo

My $ tree was great! I did a balloon order for pick up next week and got the discount!

    • Roksana

I did not know you could order balloons for later. Thanks!!! That’s awesome!

      • boo

I didn’t either. They were so helpful there!
        Glad i could help! !

  28. Maile

My Dollar Tree (southern oregon) was fantastic! The cashier informed everyone who had 10 items or more that they would be getting 10% off and automatically rang it in. I brought the flyer but never even had to pull it out of my purse ๐Ÿ™‚
