   I had placed an order on Sunday & forgot too apply 20% off clearance code on my order with another %off coupon. I tried to call customer service & email them about it tooif they can apply it. The reply I got is that you can’t use two %off codes on same order. But I tried it before & they work fine. Even today the %off coupon are stacking together. Why are they providing wrong info?

  I was told the same thing at my local Khol’s, was very disappointed since I had invited my mom to do some “back to school” shopping. I was told you can stack as many $ off coupons/codes as you like, but can only apply one % off code…..if it works online, make the best of it. 🙂

   Has anyone done in-store pickup before? Can I use the code online and pick it up immediately from the store if it’s available there, or do I have to wait a couple days? I’m leaving for vacation and would love to use this, but it looks like it’s only an online deal!

  In my experience, if it says ‘online only’ it isn’t available for store pickup. But, if the option comes up, the wait time depends. I’ve had orders ready the next day, while others have taken several days. HTH.

    hi, i have a question, is khols cash similar to cvs ecb, like you can use as many as you have in one transaction and with other coupons, i noticed that they effect the % coupons value, but what about the $$ coupons, do they affect them? also can they scan it from the phone or do i have to print them/ and the last thing what happens when you return, exchange or adjust the price of an item that earned u kohls cash, thank u in advance for any help

  You lose the kohls cash when an item is returned………….the kohls cash is deducted from total bill before the %COUPON is applied……………you can use as many as you want in a transaction
