I love how the Starbuck’s cartwheel is “add privately”. Nobody needs to know about my frappuccino problem 😉 lol
Right?
The starbucks offer isnt showing up in my offers 🙁
I had to enter through the Hip2save website and then through my cartwheel and it worked!!!
If you can’t find the offer, it you MUST be on a desktop to access the Starbucks offer since it’s an ‘Add privately’ offer. Go thru the link here and sign in to find it 🙂 https://cartwheel.target.com/offer/39141
Looks like I didn’t get the Starbucks offer 🙁
Does anyone know if target policy gives the managers rights to limit how many items you can buy?I’ve had an instance in the past where I was gonna buy six of a certain item and I wasn’t breaking coupon policy because I was using two different kinds of coupons for the transaction. (I wasn’t going over the max 4 same coupons allowed in one trans). I didn’t read anything in their policy that says they can limit and was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this
My son purchased over 20 bags of M&Ms after Christmas. He had no problems
There is no policy that allows managers to limit purchases/coupons but unfortunately I’ve encountered situations where Target managers make up policies to limit coupons and purchases. Theres really nothing you can do. I reported this to Target corporate and nothing was done.
I too unfortunately have had managers make up policy on limit items. I had 4 print out coupons and multiple variations of newspaper coupons but still could only get 4 of the item. Unbelievable when they had over 100 of the item. Glade wax melts on holiday clearance.
At mine I can only price match 1 specific item per day. They said its due to them not being one of the bigger targets and they want to give the others the same opportunity to price match. Also cant us any other target mobile coupons or cartwheel after a price match
The posts for the cartwheel “add privately” don’t seem to work for me. When I go to cartwheel it does not show. How do these private coupons work?
If you use the link in her post, it will bring up cartwheel and you can add it from there. If I just went into cartwheel on its own that offer doesn’t show up. I was able to add it using her link.
Thanks for the tip! I wonder why they do it this way?
In my experience the coupon policy seems to depend more on the manager/cashier than on the actual policy. I have several target stores within a 15 mile radius of my house and I’ve learned the hard way which stores and cashiers to stay away from. I hate it when I know that I’m following target policy but they decide to run things however they want.
So what do you guys do when you’re following policy and they’re not?
I honestly don’t allow myself to get upset by an employee/manager’s ignorance. I’ve learned to profile which cashiers at my local stores are actually up to date on the policy and even if it means waiting in a longer line, I go to them.
For a lot of the cashiers in my city, English is a second language, so they’re more likely to give me the “This item isn’t the one pictured on the coupon” excuse.
Also, during weekend afternoons when the stores are packed is never a good time to catch a cashier in a good mood.
Some receipts have a survey for you to report your experience. This might be a good way to report any issues.
It’s not showing up on mines 🙁
Here is the link for Starbucks

Thanks 😀
There is also a cartwheel for 30% off “The One Spot” which I believe is all those items when you first walk in that are $1, $2, etc
https://cartwheel.target.com/o/the-one-spot/-/40532
Awesome! Now I can go sip on my discounted frappuccino and look around at the One Spot for deals ‘privately’! Thanks 😉 LOL
Boo, no Starby’s cartwheel. I did get a $1 off Catalina the other day though, so no biggie!
Go through Collin’s link 🙂
I stand corrected! When I searched my offers it wasn’t there, but I clicked on Collin’s link and it came up. Guess I should read the comments first!
I have it! Woot woot.
Yes go through the link from hip2save. I didn’t have it either but was able to load after I used her link!!
Seriously you guys, I have NEVER had a Starbucks Frappuccino, any suggestions on which kind? I keep hearing everyone talk about how much they love/gotta have their Starbucks. I know they aren’t all that healthy, but I can indulge every once in a while 🙂
We love the Double Chocolatey Chip frappucino.
If you want something less sweet, the green tea frappe is pretty good and reminds me of ice cream. I think the most popular frappe is caramel, but it’s pretty sweet, in my opinion. You can always customize how much syrup you want in your frappe.
Target does have the right to limit quantities. It is stated on the back of every weekly ad. It depends on individual stores to limit quantities. It’s so that everyone has a chance to save on sale items. Too many shelf clearers that go store to store in one day to wipe out a shelves then resells the said items.
Also Cartwheel and Target can be used on a price match but only before the Price match as per their policy. All these policies are posted on Target.com.
I have a $2 off of 2 catalina for Starbucks frapps Target Q that printed out last time I was at Target 🙂
SWEET! 😀
I wish my Target had a Starbucks!
Would anyone happen to know how much the smocks are? Plz & Ty
The smocks were 4.99 each at my Target
Thx for replying Kimberly.
