Ummm -shadows aren’t face???? Hmmm…
Shadows are eyes. “Face” product is typically lotion, primer, toner, acne treatment, etc.

The Almay Cosmetic product coupon says redeemable at Walgreens. I know you’ve mentioned before that they still take it but they refused mines.
If you’re speaking of Target, then your store is not following their own policy.
If a coupon states “Manufacturer Coupon,” it’s redeemable anywhere (including Target), even if the coupon states, “Redeemable at Kroger, Cub, etc.” (or any other retailer).
What’s the lowest price item at Walmart?
Anyone else have self checkouts at Target? Mine implemented it for the first time a couple days ago and they are still working on getting the cartwheels to scan because none of them will scan. You have to enter in the barcode number every time.
