Do Register Rewards print out like a physical coupon are they add to your card?

    • Jiya

They print out like paper coupons or extra bucks. You can use them on your next purchase.

      • Sha'

Paper and extra bucks is CVS. Collin has a newbie section for each of these stores. You will learn a lot and save you time. It’s worth it to check out that section of app!

    • Maile

Yes, register rewards print out as paper and look similar to catalinas. They are not loaded onto your card. If you lose the paper you lose the money.

      • Sha'

Well I’m looking at my Walgreens receipt and true “balance rewards” is what I earn at Walgreens. It’s a card.

I’ll leave this to the gurus!!!! Register rewards but still good on next purchase????? Is that a new term, Colin?

I mostly shop Walgreens not CVS because of the paper is needed next time or basically all the savings is useless. I miss the deadline twice with $5 once and $10 the next😥 trying to maximize the savings…

So I stick to the card unless super-de-dooper sale!!! Sorry if wording mixed up. I just know what I use.

Saving a lot with Colin & hip2save “heads up”

Register Rewards and Balance Rewards are two different thing.

      • Sha'

So thinking all this through Malie. I’m a lost cause example!!! I gave $20 to redeem on my card + 5,000 points coupon IF I spend $25. But I can’t stack that on this. They say you can’t gain rewards and redeem like my $20 @ same time (my store says you can’t) but another scenario. – could you use a in-hand register reward & get another to use next time. Should be able too, right or not?

        • Amber

Walgreens is confusing. They used to do register rewards before the points system and then switched over. Basically, as far as the points system goes, you can’t redeem points to earn points. But you can redeem register rewards to earn points and vice versa. You can also redeem register rewards to earn other register rewards as long as the products aren’t from the same manufacturer. Like if Scott’s paper towels had a register reward and huggies had a register reward, I couldn’t use the register reward I got from Scott’s to pay for Huggies to get another register reward, since they’re both made by Kimberly-Clark. But I could redeem the Scott’s reward on Pamper’s since they’re different manufacturers. Hope that makes a little bit of sense!

          • Jen

I think since they are different values ($2 vs $5) it should still print the huggies if you use the Scott to pay. At least that has been my experience in the past, but I know things change often so can anyone confirm??

            • Faith

Yes, I believe that’s correct Jen!

          • Sha'

Thanks Amber, Jen & Faith. I have to use the $5 today (25th).

Will lookout on 26th but makes a lot more sense.

  2. Sha'

Bummer a day late… I get 5,000 pts when I purchase anything by 25th. Watch it is tricky!!!! Really by 24th. If you go in on the “expires” date… It will ring up – EXPIRED! On the date listed so use the day before.

  3. Sha'

Except you don’t have to remember to find that paper like extra bucks. It is stored on your card and they give you prompts to redeem or save. So you can choose when to use. Just not on prescriptions. Any noticed you get less points for RX…400 pts less😏

    • Maile

I believe you are referring to “balance rewards points” and not “register rewards” which are what you’d get back in this deal.

      • Sha'

Read Walgreen’s policy… I guess I’ve used these & didn’t realize it. Oh my. I know great with paper except their bulk points!!! And the coupon savings book they keep in store. Oh than that look for Colin’sdeals & go from there.

        • Sha'

I’m NOT great with paper redemption … Too early in morn!

      • Sha'

So Maile I get back a piece of paper. Oh that’s my 5,000 points they either leave hanging on that printout coupon-we or shove in your bag like it’s trash!!!!
Have I lost more money than I know!!!!! Oh no!!!!!!!

  4. Sha'

Gotta check this one out!!!! Cool beans Collin.

  5. Sha'

My comments are purely what I experienced only. My own wee little opinion. That works for me. I get a lots of deals here.

Huge store variation is awesome to see!!!!!

You guys do a lot of work while we get in on some saving. The “getting in” sometimes takes some work but getting

A belly pregnancy pillow on sale with $25+ free shipping was a savings worth the “getting in” great brand not 2nd-hand (nothing wrong with that) but same price as. Choose new anyday, wouldn’t you?

Again thanks… Getting set for the gift give!

Colin, I never really ever gave or thought of giving. I know sounds sad. Being youngest you were always given to. Now, thanks to recommended friend to you – I’m a giver and it feels so good!!!!

    Little movers jumbo packs size 3 and 6 are part of the Target 20% cartwheel that ends today… $8.99 -$3 mnfct q – $1 Target q – $1.80 (cartwheel) = $3.19

    • Carla

There is no Cartwheel for Huggies Diapers

      • K

Hi, Carla. It’s the cartwheel for 20% off clearance kids apparel and baby gear.

      • Judy

Even though they aren’t on clearance, they are part of the cartwheel … only sizes 3 & 6

        • K

kind of cheating the system isn’t it?

          • K

No. They’re included if you look on the Target app.

          • Amber

Target has them listed as part of the cartwheel on their app.

  7. P

If you share the $1 wipes coupon you can increase it to $2!

  8. Jenny S.

I used the $3 off huggies snug and dry ultra coupon at Walmart yesterday and got these for $4.97, which is a tiny bit more, but ya don’t gotta deal with wags!😉

  9. Ksantos128

I tried to print the $3 off one huggies but when it sent to my printer it didn’t print it! It only printed the thanks for printing coupon pages! So that was a bummer! Does anybody know why it does that?
