Never mind, I figured it out.

Glad you got it, Vanessa! 🙂

I only have a $2.50 off 2 available to me. Could I use 2 of those on a B1G1 deal?

    • Catie

      I believe you’d still have to buy 4 cans…

      • TS

So 4 can with 2 of those coupons are ok. I just know Walgreens has lots of rules with B1G1 and coupons so wanted to make sure 🙂

        • mel

Walgreens no longer allows a coupon value to be applied towards a free item. So if the coupon is $2.50 off 2, and you want to apply it to a BOGO Free sale, you need 4 items. 2 will be free with sale and the $2.50 applies to the 2 reg (or sale priced) items. HTH.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong… but Walgreens doesn’t allow a coupon on an item made free by a sale… sooo if you bought 4, 2 would be free and you’d pay for 2. Therefore, if you’re coupon is $2.50/2 it’s my understanding that you can only use 1 coupon.

      • Catie

        That’s right

      • TS

That’s what I thought too but wanted to make sure. Thanks 🙂

I have been seeing more coupons on hopster lately. They have such a bad reputation that I am leery of down loading their coupon printer file. Anyone have any problems or concerns also?

    • meli

Not following. What bad reputation? I’ve been using their site for a while. I only had to dl the printer file once. No issues printing or redeeming their coupons.

I tried to do this deal today. I printed out the $2 off of one and the coupon would not scan. The manager said we can’t take the coupon if it doesn’t scan. I asked her to put it in manually and she just kept saying she can’t take the coupon if it does not scan. Going to write to Walgreens and tell them what happened 🙁

    • Rac

Yes, the coupon did not ring for me either. The manager honored one of the 2 coupons by manually adjusting the total. I will try this deal again..lets see how it goes.
