   i didnt get it.I said maybe i need to buy coffee from panera lol.It says 1 visit until my next reward.I have been a member since 2011.I got my free bday pastry a couple months ago.The cookie was so good.wonder what my reward will be?

  Next time you go ask that they update your info. They can do it from the register, you just need to get the right person.
