   I recently bought this Hoover after 3 Bissells that didn’t hold up. I like it so far, it even has a rinse cycle to get up the soap residue. I haven’t used the attachments yet. You won’t be disappointed! It’s a nice machine that works well

   I have had this for about 6 months & I love it !! I have cleaned my carpets and my large sectional – it is awesome !! So easy to use and so much better than paying a carpet cleaning company to do the job.

   I have had this one from the last 1.5 years. After a couple times the brushes on the bottom stopped rotating. Haven’t figured out how to make them wirk

   I bought this on Monday after seeing it posted here. It came this morning. I love it. We have a Hoover Max Extractor that is 7 years old and has stopped working well. I used that one on Monday but it didn’t seem to clean well so I ordered this one (the price was right!). When it came today I went back over what I did on Monday and was shocked at how much it picked up. It worked so well! I have to say, this one is super easy to clean too. My other Hoover is not so easy to clean.

  Hi Paula! The accessory pack does not have to be added to your order. It is included in the box with the carpet washer. If you scroll down the page to the “From the Manufacturer” and read the product description, you will see where it talks about the accessory pack. Hope that helps! 🙂
