This is so wonderful, my kids eat it straight out of the jar! I put it on english muffins in the morning and put it in my smoothies too! It’s 100% Pure Coconut, nothing else added. Talk about a switch from peanut butter! YUMMY!

I searched a long time for this. I was looking for the taste and benefits that you get from eating young coconuts… but without the hassle, effort and mess of cracking a fresh one every time I wanted that. This product is that! I – AM – HOOKED!

I love love love this product. I started out trying the virgin gold label coconut oil, moved on to the green label, and now I’ve tried the coconut cream concentrate. Of the three, you will definitely get the best taste from this product. I put some on some sweet potatoes, and it tastes like you’re eating a glazed donut. It’s so yummy.

I have been searching for this product, i have a recipe to make MCT coconut balls, they are like a crispy cookie ball that gives you energy. Thanks!

      You’re Welcome Elisa! 🙂

I’ve stayed away from coconut oil because the high saturated fat content is bad for your cholesterol, a tsp of coconut oil has about 14 grams of sat. fat – which is above the daily recommended limit. However, this ‘coconut cream” only has 3grams per tsp. Still high – but a lot better than regular coconut oil!

I know you aren’t looking for advice on this, so please don’t think I’m attacking you. But in case anyone is interested, I want to share info that could be helpful.

Saturated fat is actually essential for cell membrane formation, and is not related to levels of blood cholesterol. This is a pervasive myth from conventional medical beliefs, and research heavily supports the idea that it is a myth. In fact, it is carbohydrate intake (especially fructose) and the resulting high insulin levels, that lead to high serum cholesterol (and triglycerides). Some leading authors/researchers who write about this are Gary Taubes, Dr. Steven Phinney, and Dr. Jeff Volek. Other authors who write about connections between carbs/the gut/health are Dr. David Perlmutter & Dr. Amy Myers. There is a lot of fascinating info available on this topic, and it is amazingly consistent from one author to the next. Worth a look for anyone who might struggle with autoimmune disease, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, etc.

I totally agree with you Jac, and I am also NOT attacking anyone. Without being an expert, I have read a couple of highly recommended books that details how doctors believed for a while that obesity was mainly caused to fat, nowadays more and more specialists are recognizing that fat from good sources (nuts, avocado, coconut) is actually good and necessary. Sugars are the culprit.

Can this product be used as the oil in cake mixes?

    • Andrea U

      Yes! 🙂

Thank you Collin! They also added a free book to my order, called “Virgin Coconut Oil Book” Special Offer. Not sure how that happen, I am a first time costumer. Maybe thats why.
