They won’t let me price match and use cartwheel. Is that the policy?
My store won’t let you price match and cartwheel, regardless of the source you are using to price (Target.com, Walmart, Amazon). It’s always one of the two not both. I paid about $18.00 after using my red card and a 5% pharmacy rewards card.

Can I use a Cartwheel offer when price matching?
A guest can use Cartwheel when price matching per Target’s normal price match policy. Cartwheel offers will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Cartwheel offer has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor’s price.
Guess it won’t work for this deal.
At my store, they adjusted the price to $24.99 with no issue and scanned cartwheel. It came to $11.63 with my red card. Such a good deal. Thanks!!

I found the Glow in the Dark version, at Target in central Indiana, priced at $11.98. It was only $5.99 after cartwheel! The cashier told me he recently re-priced them, so it may be worth checking at your Target stores before the Cartwheel expires tomorrow.
