Does anyone know if this is good? Compared to like the sonic tooth brush?

My husband and I both use this and we love it. I don’t know how it compares to sonic, though. We got it from our dentist for $75, and it’s the toothbrush that she recommends.

I had an Oral B that lasted me 14 yrs. Recently got this model and the battery isn’t lasting- already. I know they say they don’t make things like they used too but this doesn’t seem to carry a charge as long as it’s dinosaur predecessor πŸ™‚ As for the brand, I come from a family of dentists (both private and military) and this is the only brand they suggest.

I’m a dentist and this is the exact toothbrush I use. I like that it pulsates and oscillates. The Sonicare toothbrush doesn’t pulsate (last time I checked). Also, Oral-b is the #1 recommended brand of toothbrush and is clinically proven to be more effective at removing plaque. With that being said, dentists would be happy as long as you’re brushing effectively. Obviously an electric toothbrush helps in that realm, but if you know how to brush correctly, manual toothbrushes work just as well!

Just also wanted to mention that I don’t work for Oral-b.

Here’s a website comparing Oral-b and Sonicare, but obviously it may be biased bc it is on the Oral-b website https://www.oralb.com/products/electric-toothbrush/sonicare-vs-oral-b

I have this toothbrush I got it for my birthday I love it makes my teeth feel super clean and I love that it has so many modes it even has a whitening mode. My boyfriend has philips Diamond Clean toothbrush and I prefer my Oral – B to his Diamond clean. I’ve had no problems with the battery life and I haven’t seen it for a cheaper price then Best Buy has it for. My dad bought it on Amazon for 85.

I got an Oral B 3000 in November and I love it… I don’t know if it has all the bells and whistles this one does, but I got mine for a great saleprice and with rebates. So I paid about $24 for the 3000 model… has the timer and works great… No smiley face, but still works great.
