Try going to your “My Rewards” section to see if it is there. That’s how I was able to use mine. It should show you have $5 available and then you click redeem now. Make your selection and then when you get to the payment page it should show up. Hope that helps.

My experience with buying the Starbucks card through the Hip2Save link was that I received an email requesting that I call in to verify. When I spoke to Clark, who was very nice, to verify, and asked about transferring the card balance to my Starbucks account, he said that Starbucks would resist that balance receipt and could cancel my Starbucks gold card altogether. He advised using the Raise wallet directly. As I don’t have a smartphone to use that way, I declined the order completely. FYI.
