My opinion of this dish soap is rather low. It’s mostly water and you have to use a LOT to get a few bubbles. I constantly have to add more when doing the dishes. If this was a money maker I may consider but otherwise it’s just not worth it to me. 🙁
I find this dish soap one of the best natural dish soaps out there. To me, it’s comparable to even many of the regular dish soaps out there. I get eczema on my hands sometimes and this soap doesn’t aggravate it like a lot of other soaps. Plus it’s better for the environment!
I hate to burst your bubble, but there being tons of suds isn’t proof there is soap. It doesn’t contain as many surfactants as others do. It doesn’t have this:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_laureth_sulfate
I love this dish soap. Less suds is better IMHO. I find most brand name dish detergents much to strong (like I can taste the soap in a glass of water). I’ve started to water down stuff like Dawn & Palmolive. To water down, I pour 1/4 into an empty bottle, then fill to the neck of the bottle with warm to hot water, then gently shake the bottle so it reconstitutes. Similar to making your own foaming hand soap recipe, except I don’t use the foam pump.
Seventh Generation free & clear is my favorite dish soap!
I absolutely love this dish soap and feel there are plenty of suds. It cuts through grease really well.
Great. Maybe they’ll release a cartwheel. Just got a bottle with a target coupon. The consistency is thick & it suds well.
I love this stuff! A little goes a long way, and the smell of the lavender mint is delish!! My store in WI had B4G1.
I got 4 of these when Sprouts had them on sale awhile back, and I paired coupons, so each bottle was $1.50. I personally thought it worked better on cutting grease then Dawn. We got 3 different scents And an unscented. Love this!!
You can get this at Harris Teeter for $.50 this week with super double coupons.
I love this stuff as well.
I love this brand also. I only buy seventh generation and method dish soap and hand soap
7th Generation is ok for regular dishwashing, but didn’t cut grease at all.
Tip: use aluminum foil wrapped into a ball to scrape pots and pans. It does a great job cleaning
Or use baking soda to scrub dirty dishes
Yeah, the bubbles you see in soap are added purely for the consumer who equates bubbles =clean. Which is not the case. It’s just a chemical, not soap that produces the bubble action. It’s all the sulfates. What’s funny to me is that I was using dr bronners to wash my dishes when I got a bunch of this for cheap with coupons and I thought this stuff was full of bubbles! Sodium laurel sulfates are actually the second ingredient in this “natural” dish soap! I don’t freak out about it since its for the dishes and it’s free of much worse ingredients but there’s no way my family will use stuff like that on their bodies. I agree with the other commenter though… The best cleaner for grease and stuck on food is hands down vinegar and baking soda and a scour pad.
Stop&Shop has the dish liquid as part of their “buy theirs get ours” promotion this week. So you get the all natural store brand liquid free when you buy the Seventh Generation.
Thanks – that’s a great deal 2for1
