I just applied online for the debit card and got an email stating I will be notified by mail in 7-10 business days. So it is not instant 🙁

I ordered two Ebay gift cards but my order got cancelled. The email said the order was cancelled because of a technical error. Has anyone else had this problem?
Mine were cancelled too yesterday. I called up Target and they asked me to again after 24 hours.
Tried ordering the eBay gift card and when I got to the page where you enter recipient information, the page just keeps loading and I can’t get past it. Anyone else have this problem?
