How do you know what size is the right fit?

You have to measure your wrist. I don’t know which site I was on (possibly sports authority) but it gave the measurements for each size Fitbit, so you know which one would work for you.

I just got the Charge, and even though my wrist is small, I still went with the Large. There’s a lot of holes in the Large to get it to fit your wrist even if it’s small.

I have a small wrist and really expected to need the small, but I needed the large. There is a place online where you can print out a guide. You cut it out and wrap it around your wrist and it tells you the size. Fitbit advises you to go up to the larger size if you are on the line between sizes. I’m so glad I ordered the large, I couldn’t have worn the small. I was so certain I would need the small that when I put the paper around my wrist and it was just past the small into the large category, I got my husband to make sure I was doing it correctly. I wrapped it around my teenage daughter’s arm and she needed the small. She is 5’2″, 98 lbs and wears a 0 or 1 in clothing. Her ring size is a 4. HTH!

This is the link to the size guide I mentioned.

      https://www.fitbit.com/chargehr

At the bottom is a Specifications section. Then you will see this:
      Sizing•Small •Large •X-Large*

      size small fits wrists 5.4” – 6.2”

      size large fits wrists 6.2” – 7.6”

      size x-large* fits wrists 7.6” – 8.7”

Sizing varies across trackers. Use this guide to pick the right fit & size up if you’re between sizes

When you are on the page, the part that says “this guide” is a hyperlink to the page you print out. 🙂

I had the large as a replacement when I was a small. It popped off. Thankfully, Fitbit replaced it. Also, make sure FB covers Ebay purchased items in case your tracker needs replacement.

    Friends,
If you miss out on the Ebay deal; Here’s another idea: I bought mine & DH’s at Kohl’s during a Kohl’s Cash event. This way we were able to get the specific size and color we wanted and we got back $60 in Kohl’s Cash. We love the FitBit’s and have had fun challenging each other and our Son & DIL.

I have a small wrist and I did the small. I could close it on the third notch but didn’t have enough room to have the end be placed under the holder thing (does that make sense?), which was annoying. When I took it back for the large the guy in the store told me almost everyone returns the small for a large.

I have a very small wrist, used a small in jawbone up…afraid this would be way too big.

When i ordered this from ebay I opened the box and it was missing the charging cable and wireless sync dongle. Anyone else have this issue?
