You don’t get the percentage off for the Kohls cash amount. The Kohls cash comes off before the percentage off is calculated. I’m saving my Kohls cash to use starting the 2oth when there is a $10 off $30. The $10 off $30 comes off before Kohls cash.
how do you know there is a 10 off 30 on the 20th? is it any 10 of 30? thanks!

Off topic, ladies, if u have shopped last week or so with sears when there was additional 30% going on cleareance, have u received ur shipment?
I did yesterday and lately very disappointed with sears for poor service, i ordered 23 clothing items for kids n guess what i got in shipment? I got 15 items all together. There were three boxes shipped, one with one item, second one with another 10 items n last one was very surprising, 4 more items n at bottom of the box, full wrapped of 12 boys PJs for again 6 to 18 months. N one bottle of whole foods medicine n mainly no receipt in the third box at all
Yes very disappointed, havent order these PJs or medicine
I tried to chat with agent online but no positive response

I received items I didn’t order from kohl’s before. when I chatted with customer service they said I could keep them, but I returned them to the store anyway since I was going. the store gave me a store credit for my trouble.
OMG !!! Same thing happened to me !! I ordered one step stool and they sent me 4 in one box. I told them about this in a chat and they arranged a pickup by UPS from my home .
But what abt my missing items? They dont have any answer for this? How do i return items which didnt even come with receipt
Cancel the missing items if possible and ask to arrange a pickup of other items. They wont ask for a receipt ,they make these mistakes on regular basis. 😉
