  How do u get the promo codes when choosing no rush shipping? I always choose the longer delivery time. Is this a Prime deal only?

   We’ve had really bad luck with these. Customer service is okay. They replaced a 2 old bottle that had broken but when I called back again after one use, they were not so nice. I was told “these are not supposed to be dropped”. I’m guessing the top of the bottle is a softer plastic. Just a heads up!

   Love these. Already have one. Was able to get @ $9.36 with prime for the 2. Giving as stocking stuffers!! That makes each $4.68 shipped to door!!! Not bad!

    PS don’t forget to remove the white plastic piece that is at the base of the filter otherwise no water will flow through. I felt really dumb when I figured this out. Lol
