   When I used free shipping code it is charging me $19.95 for shipping and then taking off 10.

  Try using code FREESHIP, I just updated the code in the post and used this one myself and it finally took off the shipping! 🙂

  You can use two codes, for some reason the FREESHIP10 no longer takes off the shipping, use just FREESHIP and it will ship FREE! 🙂
