Thanks so much for posting this! I did two transactions and got my son 2 pairs of soccer field shorts, 3 t shirts, and knit shorts and got my daughter 2 dresses, a Peter Pan button down top, and shorts for next year all for $25! Plus I got two gap cash coupons. I’m just really hoping they don’t get canceled because I received an email today from an order about a week ago with three items that were canceled. Fingers crossed they have enough in stock!
So all the codes worked but I never received an email confirmation, anyone else have this problem? I’m wondering if my order even went through, I didn’t bother to write down the order number….

Because it was not meant to be posted on mass sites such as hip2save, the code was only for Staples shoppers.
My orders were canceled! No!! Do you think calling in will help?
I doubt it. There were tons of order canceled, according to some other sites I frequent. I placed two orders. One has shipped, but the other has no information.
Also, I used a different email address and home address. Maybe they are canceling multiple orders placed by the same people.
Staples works again. Just not in conjunction with another code.
So angry with Gap. Half of my order was canceled and they will not give me back my rewards cash back even though the total for the remaining items was less than half of my rewards. I only placed one order AND did it over the phone with a rep who did not tell me that 2 of the things were out of stock. Terrible!
You get the rewards back. You won’t totally loose them.
My first order shipped. I logged into my online acct. and the others say pending shipment. Not looking good on the other orders. Will update as soon as anything changes on the other orders.

i placed 5 orders. 4 got shipped and 1 got cancelled. was using two codes at the same time an error? I knew it was too good to be true. At least they didn’t cancel all the orders.
I definitely wouldn’t be complaining if I were you. Someone posted on another site with an email response from Gap, stating the stacking of both codes was a mistake and that they were honoring only 2 orders placed by customers.
Which is fair, because placing multiple orders kind of ruins it for the rest of us.

My 1 order got cancelled and I’ve made like 2 other purchases from gap.com these past 2 mos! Bummer
Called and they refused to do anything. Said over 10k orders were cancelled 😕
I only placed one order and it was cancelled.
I read on another site that some orders were being filled by stores, and those can’t be cancelled, but the ones that are coming from their central warehouse can.
IF you call…please remember that these reps did not make the decision. Someone at corporate did, and now they get to deal with the fall out. I worked retail for many years, and it SUCKS when people are nasty to you over a decision you have absolutely no control over.

Half my order shipped the other half cancelled. I called and just reordered and they did give me free shipping and will be honoring the gap cash.
How can they just cancel and not give an opportunity to purchase the items…. I am really upset. I realize they made a mistake. Too bad so sad, the deals weren’t that GREAT. ugh. I am so upset with the waste of time. And I really wanted the shoes I ordered. bleh.
If you call they can replace the order with today’s promo code If the items qualify.
I am so disappointed with Gaps customer service on this issue. Two of the three items I ordered were canceled as well. They should have at least offered to honor the 25 off 50 promo and charge the extra 30% that was discounted to keep the items. Instead they can offer today’s promo plus an extra 10% off. Which makes the items I originally was paying $10 for now a cost of $28 according to the total I was given. I got one item, thankfully, but the error was the fault of their system. Clearly they caught it and corrected it that day based on the previous comments here, but they should have had a better offer for those whose items got cancelled than asking me to pay nearly 3 times the cost I was originally paying.
All they are allowed to do is offer the better of the 2 promos that you used. It’s not the customer service agents fault for this. If you don’t gets the codes directly and don’t read the exclusions then your order is subject to change or cancelation.
