   I did this offer at the end of July when it was 7 for $27 and they sent the wrong size even though my invoice and packing slip showed correct 🙁 I’ve emailed customer service twice, I’ve called customer service 4 times, spoke with a supervisor and even been hung up on and still (a month later) do not have the correct size, my money back, or even a timeframe of when/if they are going make my order right. I would highly advise against this offer unfortunately. You may not get what you pay for or your money back. TERRIBLE customer service!! 🙁

  If you used a credit card, you can dispute the charge due to the inaccuracy and the merchant not making it right

  I had a similar issue except they didn’t send me my complete order yet the packing slip said they did. This was back on 7/9 and they have yet to fix the issue. I’ve called numerous times & continuously was given the runaround with customer service & management. I finally called my credit card company & disputed the charges on the missing panties. They used to be such a wonderful company but the recent bankruptcy, supposed warehouse move & horrific customer service, they have lost me as a customer. Bummer for me, since I wore their panties exclusively.

   Did you go all the way to checkout? It will show up in your grand total. I just added panties to my cart and went to checkout and finally found that is where you see the discount. Hope that helps! 🙂

  Yeah, I went all the way to review order and it kept them all at $8 each. Not a big deal! I was trying to figure out what I did wrong. You’ve saved me SO MUCH money in the past…it’s ridiculous! Lol
