   When I use this code it is not offering me the 4 oz Gentle face wash for free; instead it is adding a .5 oz Gentle face wash to my cart & charging me $34 for the full size wash.

  Do not add the Face Wash to your cart – just use the code SMOOCH at checkout and the free face wash will automatically be added to your order. Does that make sense?

  I went back in and did that, but I still only show a .5 Gentle face wash with that coupon. Must just be my bad luck! LOL

  Pretty sure it’s a 5 oz bottle, not .5. It says “Complimentary Gentle Daily Wash (5 oz.)” on my screen.

    I received my order today and the face wash was missing. The receipt shows the item on there. Did anyone else not get the face wash in their order? I called the company and the rep was very nice and apologetic and requested one be mailed to me.
