It didn’t show on my iPhone 4; I didn’t select enable location services. (I hate apps that require allowing them to track my every move.)
It did show when I downloaded and opened the iPhone version of the app on my iPad Air 2. I got the free Breakfast or Regular Menu Sandwich offer and a McCafé punch card (buy 5 get 1 free)
Update: It showed up on the phone after I closed and reopened the app.

I only have the free sandwich – I’m not complaining. Just a side note, I went there this weekend, and the McCafe points didn’t show up after I made a purchase. ( yes, they scanned my Q code) The app reviews are stating similar complaint.

Not all McDs have the technology to use the app yet. The original offer starts sometime this month.

Oh… wait a min… When I set “My McDonald’s” to a different location, I have 2 additional offers: Free breakfast sandwich or regular menu sandwich, and the Buy 5 get 1 free McCafe punchcard! 😀
It wasn’t there for me either (free sandwich) until I made my store my favorite. Then it popped up. Try that.

Hi just an FYI. I went this weekend w/the free sandwich coupon. It would not scan. They said the app is new to everyone. The manager came over and was SO accommodating. He said just promo it out becAuse they are aware it’s an issue. I hope everyone has a good experience!

Unfortunately, most “premium” (non-value or regular sandwiches) cost a fortune anymore! And don’t even get me started on my personal peeve of only a half a slice of cheese on the Filet-O-Fish! LOL! ;] Nonetheless, definitely take advantage of the best deal while you can.
Does anyone know if you can use this in the drive thru or is it in-store only?
At my McDonalds they have the scanners in the drivethru. Same sort of set up as they use at Starbucks if you’re paying on your phone
I didn’t get anything at the location closest to my house, but changed the location to closest to my office and did! It’s worth trying different locations for sure!
Downloaded the app last month and finally decided to use my free coupon while out shopping today. My locatin has several good coupons. Already used up 3 other coupons. Definitely worth me keeping on my phone.

I used my Free Regular Menu Sandwich coupon today. It wouldn’t scan, but it worked once the manager typed in the code instead. I went back to the app tonight to see if it was still there and it is…with a new code. I read the fine print for the coupon and it does state that only one coupon is allowed per person per visit but that’s it. I’m guessing as long as a new code is generated the coupon is still valid (?).
