They had this deal last month too – and that one expired August 29th – which happened to be the last Friday of August so maybe it expires the last Friday of September???? I do know that it was good for up to $100 purchase (so $50 savings with the 50% off). Their seasoned curly fries are delicious and at 50% off are pretty good price. We also stocked up on a variety of pizzas, some other potato products, and trying their breakfast pizza. We usually eat pretty healthy but it’s always nice to have the splurge on hand 😉
Unless they have changed, it might be close to two weeks before it’s delivered. They used to go by areas or routes. There may be a chart on their site. I’m sure it will tell you once you’ve entered your order.

My grandma and grandpa always had the drumsticks at their house. We always had to politely ask to have one even though we were always allowed. We got one every time we went over there. They have both passed away but it’s a memory I will always cherish!

That seems to be for shipped by carrier (rather than their trucks delivering) orders under $50. The faqs explain charges.
You have three options to receive your order. The first is to have it delivered via a Schwan’s driver (you can enter your zip code to be sure they deliver in your area or call CS) and with this option it’s only $1.75 no matter how much you order. The next is they will leave your items in cooler bags at your door. The final is shipped and that can get pricey. I was a Schwan’s customer for years, and recently decided to order with them again, so thank you Collin for this post.

I ordered from them 2 times a few years ago. I ordered non fat frozen vanilla yogurt for smoothies. They guy delivered my order and didn’t say anything. A few days later I pulled it out and it was ice cream, not yogurt. I called and it was such a mess, terrible customer service. The driver said I told him it was ok because they were out, um no! They wouldn’t refund my $ would only give a credit for amount. I never called them back to use it.
I absolutely love their ice cream, but the driver who comes to my neighborhood is quite pushy, so I never order from them.

Does anyone know if ordering this will cause Schwans trucks to stop at the house? We like a few items, but don’t order regularly enough to tell the guy we’re (mostly) not interested in ordering often.
I read in the FAQ’s you can adjust your account to how much you want the Schwan’s dude to visit. You go to “My Account”, then Delivery Preferences
The risotto has a $2 off coupon, with 50%, only $2.99
I chose the “leave on the doorstep in a bag” option and it charged me $10 for the bags and 1.75 for delivery. I think that’s reasonable considering I can reuse the bags.
a special thanks from my fat arse, and a complaint from my soon to not be fitting jeans….I was able to get 11 things of ice cream, a thing of chocolate chip cookie dough, and some gluten free brownie bites for my celiac girl for 53 delivered to my door on wed, and best yet, I don’t have to pay until they get here, which is nice since payday Tuesday.

Yes- that’s it. They took the extra savings off at the end. 1.75/3 pizzas, and I got 9. Also something off the French toast sticks and ice cream novelties. I cannot believe how much food I got for $52. Thank you Colin! We have ordered from Schwanns years ago, but I had no online account. The pizzas and ice cream products are such good quality. We also love the turkey mignon, they taste wonderful on the grill and have a little pop out indicator to show they are done.
